The cost of the inspection will be applied to either your Property Management contract or the cost of the renovations if you choose Principled Builders as your contractor. A 5% discount is applied to the renovation if you choose to sign with Robb Hoover LLC and Principled Builders. 
    • Any outstanding fees, invoices, or payments owed must be paid in full to the previous property management company prior to moving to Robb Hoover LLC. Robb Hoover LLC, at our discretion and sole determination may choose to pay an early contract termination fee for onboarding clients. Other options are available and can be discussed and negotiated at the time of transition.
    • Depending on initial analysis and existing lease documents Robb Hoover LLC may suggest eviction or early termination of lease contracts. The items will be discussed prior to notification. Maintenance and repairs can be completed quicker, cheaper, and more efficiently without tenants in place.
